If there is one thing that truly ties humankind together, it is our ability to feel and express emotion.

When words fail to express the depth and intensity of emotion we feel from our experiences, we often turn to other sources to express and communicate—to share those sentiments. Music is the universal language of emotion, where unadulterated feeling can be fully and completely communicated and understood.

This is the way in which KiNNaRaH weaves the strings of his life experiences into an intimate diary of pure emotion in Cronomi Record’s latest release, Aedo, which pulls us into the fantastic realms of music without boundaries.

We are immediately pulled along the mysterious path of his life experiences and the intense emotions he has felt during these points on the timeline of his existence. A delicate and marvelous cheer greets us with the sound of birds as the story unfolds, and we are drawn deeper into the heart of KiNNaRah as emotions shift and evolve towards melancholy as if falling into the memory of a future that never happened, or perhaps hope for a past that is yet to be realized. KiNNaRaH’s tales pull us along the natural ebb and flow of life experience, never knowing what will come next, but realizing and understanding there is something profound to be felt along every step.

Throughout this symphony of the heart, we are reminded of both the beauty of fragility, and the strength of hope, that we are all connected through our emotional experiences and the profound impact they can have on our existence. KiNNaRaH is Eduardo Pires of Portugal, who has been deeply connected with music since his toddling days. He is influenced by his early exposure to artists such as Jean-Michel Jarre, Vengelis and Space Art. He studied both piano and singing from a young age and feels at home with keyboard synthesizers, computer software, and many instruments, including the sitar, trombone, bass and drums.
